Edit hosts file in folder "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc" in wordpad and append this line below:
46.28.109.117 master.gamespy.com
Result:
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
46.28.109.117 master.gamespy.com
Now you will see all servers in the Vietcong game  !
